NovaMed has secured Perenan® from Sanofi Aventis.

NovaMed announced that Sanofi Aventis has approved to appoint NovaMed as the sole promotional agency for Perenan®, a
treatment for behavioural and psychological disorders in the elderly. NovaMed will take over the sales promotion of Perenan®
commencing on February 1, 2007.
