Oncology Products Licensed from Dr. Reddy's

NovaMed has reached agreement with Dr. Reddy's Laboratories today on licensing the oncology products. NovaMed will be the
exclusive distributor for Dr. Reddy's two oncology products. Dr. Reddy's Laboratories also granted NovaMed the right of first refusal
of to distribute its future oncology pipeline in China.
